Where are we located?

On the VT/NH border, off exit 16 of Interstate 91 in Bradford, VT

Coming South on 91 from St. Johnsbury take Exit 16 go left at the end of the ramp to first set of lights. Take a left at lights and continue through center of Bradford. Leaving downtown you will go up a hill and we are on the left at the crest of the hill.

Going North on 91 from White River, take Exit 16 go right at the end of the ramp to first set of lights. Take a left at lights and continue thru center of Bradford. Leaving downtown you will go up a hill and we are on the left at the crest of the hill.

How do I get into Valley Vista?

Call Valley Vista ask for Admissions Department for telephone assessment/intake. After review of the assessment there may be further information requested or an immediate admission may be scheduled.

How do I speak to a patient at Valley Vista?

Because we are bound by federal confidentiality laws, our patients cannot receive incoming calls directly. You need to speak to (and ask for) the patients Case Manager. All Calls are filtered through them. You will need to know the Case Managers name so it may be necessary to wait for the patient to call you first to speak to them.

Does Valley Vista do Methadone?

No, we have applied for a methadone license to do methadone detox. We will not be doing Methadone maintenance. We are currently assisting opiate addicted patients through detox with bupenorphine.

What is the length of stay?

30 - 90 days depending on the need of patient.
