Patients, Families or Referral Sources should contact us at 802-222-5201 for a telephone intake and assessment anytime day or night.

Acceptable Insurances include Medicaid, VHAP, and various third party insurances. In addition Vermont State provides special insurance with a sliding scale or minimal amount of co-payment to qualified low or no income residents of Vermont.

Private pay arrangements may also be made if requested.
