Admissions Process
Patients, families or referral sources should contact the Admissions Coordinator for a telephone intake and assessment during regular business hours: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Outside of regular business hours, individuals looking for immediate placement can call anytime for a phone screening and assessment with our 24-hour nursing staff.

Valley Vista accepts most third party insurances including, but not limited to, BC/BS, Cigna, Aetna, MVP, CBA, and Vermont Medicaid.
Private Pay arrangements may also be made if requested.
