Program Description

Valley Vista is an 80 bed Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Co-Occurring Inpatient Treatment Center. Our comprehensive goal is to provide clinically indicated intervention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services reflective of best practice standards.

Valley Vista treatment methodologies reflect abstinence-based recovery strategies, and embrace the utilization of community-based support systems, such as, Alcoholics Anonymous. Individualized treatment planning establishes goals and measurable objectives supportive of each individual’s growth, and desired outcomes. In addition, Valley Vista’s recovery management program provides recovery coaches, and other peer-to-peer support services for optimal success.

Mission Statement

To provide state of the art, evidenced-based co-occurring inpatient treatment services to women, men, and adolescents struggling with chemical dependency and/or mental illness. All treatment is provided within a safe and secure therapeutic environment conducive to recovery, and designed to ensure respect and validation for all patients served.

Valley Vista Job Fair

Valley Vista, an 80-bed inpatient alcohol and chemical dependency treatment center is hiring for a number of openings on its clinical services team. The facility will holding a job fair this coming Friday, October 14, 2016 from 10:30 – 11:30 am and then again from 1:30 – 3:30 pm at the Turning Point Center of the Upper Valley, located at 200 Olcott Drive, White River Junction, VT. There is no fee to attend and the job fair is open to the public. This is a great opportunity to help individuals from our community, many of who are suffering from addiction, often complicated by co-occurring mental issues, find enduring recovery. Valley Vista, Vermont’s leading dual diagnosis inpatient recovery treatment program, is seeking to fill full-time, part-time and per diem positions for all shifts in the following areas: Registered Nurses – Provide primary medical support Licensed Practical Nurses – Ask about our signing bonus Recovery Aides – Facilitate groups & provide direct support Primary Therapists – Serve as lead patient counselor Therapists in Training – Train while managing a limited caseload Valley Vista offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and 401k for full-time employees.
